**About the internship**

**Job purpose**

Are you passionate about technology and looking to kickstart your career in a world-leading insurance company? AXA Group Operations is offering an exciting opportunity for young, dynamic individuals to join our AXA Asia Internal Audit team.

**Main missions**

Your responsibilities include:

- Support IT audit team members in conducting audit control testing and documentation, under the guidance of Senior IT Auditors.
- Partner with Internal Audit team members to provide recommendations to management for strengthening controls and work with management to develop acceptable solutions to mitigate risk.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Expected skills & experience**

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
**Hard Skills**:

- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills required, well versed in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Data analytic skills (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.), Artificial Intelligence and Cloud computing experience are preferred but not mandatory

**Soft Skills**:

- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent team player, passionate, committed, and eager to succeed
- Self -starters with good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details.
- Able to collaborate with senior staff, raise issues and ask questions

**Background**:

- University students in information management system, information security, Computer Science or other related disciplines preferable with desire to pursue a career in IT Audit.
