Identity & Access Manager

The Identity & Access Manager at FrieslandCampina will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of Identity, Privilege, and Access management. The primary focus is on aligning these functions with the unique needs of FrieslandCampina’ s business, security requirements, and compliance with relevant regulations.

What we ask
- Bachelors’ or Master’s degree required with a major in Computer and/or Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 7-10 years working experience in IT Risk management and Security, preferably 5 years in Identity and Access management.
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or equivalent.
- Excellent people management skills as well as deep knowledge of Information/Cyber security.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to think and deliver strategically and make operational translation, and vice versa.
- Demonstrate proven experience in risk management, IT / Information Security policies, standards, and controls, regulatory and audit compliance, and information security awareness.
- Translate complex concepts across multiple layers of resources into understandable and actionable terms.
- Build relationships effectively and collaborate easily with others to drive results and solve problems in sustainable way.
- Thought leader on Information security. Ability to communicate on C-level.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

- _ IAM Methodologies and Program Improvement:_ Define an IAM strategy and roadmaps. Align technologies and security measures to effectively meet the unique business and security requirements of FrieslandCampina. Maintain a simple, pragmatic, and effective IAM program design tailored to the needs of the dairy and nutrition industry.
- _ Alignment of Technologies and Security:_ Align technologies and security measures to effectively meet the unique business and security requirements of FrieslandCampina. Maintain a simple, pragmatic, and effective IAM program design tailored to the needs of the dairy and nutrition industry.
- _ Design, Development, and Implementation:_ Manage design, development, implementation, and maintain IAM solutions using various vendors, such as Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk, with a focus on the dairy and nutrition sector. Engage with stakeholders to understand business cases, focusing on IAM requirements and implications specific to FrieslandCampina.
- _ Advisory Role:_ Advise and guide FrieslandCampina in all aspects of IAM implementation and ongoing operation, taking into consideration the unique challenges and opportunities in the dairy and nutrition industry. Stay informed about IAM trends and advancements relevant to FrieslandCampina to provide insightful recommendations.
- _ Regulatory Compliance:_ Review and comply with all relevant and applicable regulations related to IAM in the dairy and nutrition sector. Ensure that IAM solutions adhere to industry-specific regulatory standards and best practices.
- _ Documentation and Training:_ Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines tailored to the specific needs of FrieslandCampina. Create and conduct training programs for staff on the use of IAM tools and processes in the context of dairy and nutrition operations.
- _ Cloud Integration:_ Provide IAM solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise platforms, including cloud platforms relevant to FrieslandCampina’ s business. Ensure the security and compliance of IAM in FrieslandCampina’ s cloud environments.
- _ Governance and Audits:_ Support and drive all IAM-related governance initiatives specific to FrieslandCampina. Participate in and lead audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of IAM processes within the dairy and nutrition industry context.
