Retail Executive - Setia City Mall

Are you passionate about the world of retail brands? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and driving retail performance? Lendlease is looking for an Retail Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of Setia City Mall.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to implement strategies that elevate retail performance and achieve forecast targets.
- Assist in analysing retailer performance and provide valuable insights to the centre management team.
- Meet retailers and monitor their performance and contribute ideas to enhance their performance.
- Prepare and update retail reports and database.
- Conducting internal daily floor checks including retail image, tenant opening and closing hour and safety observation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our retailers, customers, and community network.
- Work closely with the Leasing team to optimize the centre’s retail offerings.
- Support in all retail administrative work and filing

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Retail/Mall operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to contribute to effective retail operations.
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with financial reporting.
- Interest in retail trends, local trade areas, and emerging brands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and has good problem solving skills
- Ability to build positive internal and external relationships to foster collaboration and success.
