**About Affin Management Program**
- A unique platform of accelerated induction experience and learning curve to transform local talents of today into aspiring leaders and outstanding bankers of tomorrow via experiential learning, job rotations, and direct, top-down Management mentoring anchored by our AFFIN core values.

**Program Descriptions**:

- This is an 18 months accelerated program.
- Aims to develop home-grown top talents through a series of learning events, personalized rotations, and stretched assignment across the different segments of the banking business within a specialized area (track).
- At Affin Bank, we believe in talent's potential and this program will be a great launch pad for a successful career in banking for young graduates.

**What will you experience?**
- **Personalized Job Rotation** - develop your skills in different departments and divisions curated based on your background and potential for final job placement.
- **Mentoring Program** - Personal guidance from designated mentors among the divisional heads.
- **Learning Events** - Continuous learning & leadership development and interventions.
- **Corporate Social Responsibility** - Involve in CSR activities that can deliver significant meaning to both corporate jobs and society.

**Who we are looking for?**
- Bachelor's Degree / Professional qualification in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Outstanding scholastic record with a minimum CGPA of 3.50.
- Graduates with not more than 2 years of working experience.
- Aged 26 years old and below.
- Excellent verbal and written Bahasa & English communication.
