**Position: Solution Architect (Application)**

- Involves in, and oversees requirements gathering.
- Analyse the impact of the solution on the state of the business' goals and direct outcomes of solution implementation.
- Establish and maintain a thorough view on the scope of work and the architecture of the system that needs to be developed and delivered.
- Identify suitable technology stacks and approaches to be used.
- Identify suitable software development approach(es) to be used; plan and oversees its execution.
- Describe the software solution: its overall architecture, how major pieces fit together and how the solution interacts internally and externally. - Establish, maintain, and enforce software design principles and core frameworks.
- Mentor and work with software teams to design and architect the end-to-end solution.
- Work closely with project management, DevOps, and relevant teams to plan solution delivery. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

**Work hours: Monday to Friday, normal working hours.**

**Work location: Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya.**

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possess at least a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT solutions development, IT Service Management, or equivalent role.
- Experienced in Enterprise level architecture and solution designing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
- Strong team building and motivational skills.

**Technical Skills **
- Proficiency in architecting high performance, secure, highly-available (HA) and scalable software systems.
- Proficiency in design patterns and software architectures.
- Proficiency and practical experience in software development methodologies including, but not limited to waterfall, agile and DevOps.
- Broad understanding of information technology topics.
- Up to date with new Technology offering and new concepts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
