Night Auditor

**Job Summary**:
The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overnight operations, ensuring all guest transactions are accurately recorded, and completing the daily financial balancing process. This role combines guest service with accounting duties to ensure a smooth transition between business days at Tune Hotel KLIA2.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation for Front Office and other hotel revenue outlets.
- Balance room revenue, cash, and credit transactions, ensuring all postings are accurate.
- Generate and review daily revenue and occupancy reports for management.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and assist with any overnight requests or issues.
- Ensure all front desk transactions are properly recorded in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct regular night shift security checks and ensure guest safety at all times.
- Prepare the front desk for the next day’s operations and complete shift handover.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least **1 year of experience** in a hotel Front Office or Night Audit role (experience in airport hotels is an advantage).
- Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
- Willing to work **night shifts, weekends, and public holidays**.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
