**Requirements**:

- Professional Videographer with own camera (using a mobile phone camera is not allowed).
- DJI OSMO MOBILE 3 Phone camera is not allowed (unless you can prove your skills).
- Strong proficiency in videos and photo production, including filming, editing, and post-production skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of video equipment, software, and production techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality video content on tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the advertising, arts, and media industry, particularly in the photography and videography fields.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute video production plans for various marketing campaigns and projects.
- Film and edit professional-grade video content, including product demonstrations and events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure video assets align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, to ensure optimal video quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production techniques and technologies to continuously improve the quality of your work.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members involved in video production efforts.
