**✨Front Desk Officer / Treatment Coordinator✨**

**Treatment Coordinator (RM3k++)**
- Liaison between patient, dentist and other clinic's staff
- Initial consultation: To understand patient’s specific needs, fill in their knowledge gap and recommend treatment plan that suit their needs/lifestyle
- During treatment: Provide support, encouragement and listening ear
- End of treatment: Follow up on post treatment outcome and ensure patient do not miss follow up appt
- Follow up on leads for potential patients
- Welcome new patients
- Front desk work
- Ad hoc designing for clinic marketing and social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Handle enquiries on various social media channels, WhatsApp and phonecall

**Requirement**
- Warm and likeable personality
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to handle enquiries on various social media channels
- Ability to understand Chinese to reply customers’ enquires in Chinese is a plus
