**Job Description: -**
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure project deliverables are met within established timelines and budgets.
- Plan, implement, and execute projects in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications, and industry regulations—from contract signing through to final delivery.
- Manage project budgets and operational expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to cost controls.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and increased operational efficiency.
- Proactively anticipate and address operational challenges to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders—including customers, suppliers, vendors, and regulatory bodies—to ensure smooth project execution and support.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or project management role, preferably within the structural steel manufacturing or construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide cross-functional teams.
- 5-day work week.
- Work location: Senai.
