**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Support**
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Support onboarding processes such as document collection and orientation setup.
**Administrative Support**
- Monitor and manage office stationery supplies; handle restocking and orders.
- Coordinate printing needs, including forms, HR materials, and company documents.
- Assist with employee uniform distribution and inventory management.
- Help maintain organized records of HR-related documentation and filing.
- Support in general administrative tasks such as preparing letters, reports, and spreadsheets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (currently pursuing).
- Minimum 3 month internship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
