**Wealth and Personal Banking** is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Primary Banker 1 working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact
- Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers.
- Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products.
- Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
- Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales.
- Update customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s system.
- Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

**Requirement**:

- Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
- Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Strong customer handling and problem solving skills.
- Ability to navigate and use tablet and other digital tools.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
