- Great experience and background in managing a team, warehouse as well as logistic issues
- Being able to communicate in English, 中文 and Bahasa
- Leadership skills and proactivity
- A great desire to learn and strive
- High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage big orders
- Proactive to solve issues and problems
- Effective internal communication across multiple departments
- A team player
- Excellent written, planning, and organisational skills
- Able to deal with the peak season of the food industry
