**JOB SCOPE**:
1) Responsible to conduct daily safety toolbox meeting briefing, inspection of work site to ensure compliance on safety matters

2) Be the Management Representative on all HSE matters.

3) Effectively manage the Company’s /Project’s HSE Department.

4) Enforces compliance of company and statutory regulations procedures and practices by employees and subcontractors.

5) Develop new procedures to enhance HSE in the workplace.

6) Investigate accidents with personal injury or property damage, incidents and near misses and write corresponding reports, compile the corrective action request log, compile monthly HSE performance statistic for the whole construction site.

7) Implement the Company’s/Project’s HSE programme

8) Make regular walk about on Project site and provide appropriate measures to be taken on the substandard condition and act noted during walkabout to Project Manager for further action.

9) Train and motivate employees for safe behaviour.

10) Cooperate with Clients HSE Manager.

11) Participate in HSE Committee Walkabout & Meeting.

12) Liaise with authority like DOSH, DOE, POLICE, BOMBA etc

13) Site Inspection 2x per week

14) Prepare monthly safety report

15) Attend progress meeting

16) Attend safety meeting

17) Attend & be present if authorities enter the site

*Willing to relocate based on project site

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. At least 3 years working experience in SHO field or equivalent (CIDB,NTSP,FIRST AID)

2. Willing to travel/transfer/outstation.

4. Required language : English & Bahasa Malaysia

5. Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive, capable to work independently and can work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Safety Health Officer: 2 years (preferred)
