**Job Function**:

- To attend to VIP guests/clients on daily basis.
- To keep track of daily flights operating in and out of WMSA and coordinate with handlers on booking arrangements.
- To assist Manager in updating reports for Business Aviation Centre (BAC) movements, The Lounge movements, petty cash reports and any other reports relevant to the department.
- Prepare the BAC for departures/ arrivals/ events according to workflow.
- Constantly carrying out tasks during the shift as per Checklist form and monitoring inventory is updated on weekly basis.
- To adhere to any ad-hoc assignments given by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Hotel Management/ Business Administration/ Aviation Management.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin preferred, especially when assisting international clientele.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
