**Madinah Group **is an insurance agency affiliate to Prudential Assurance (M) Bhd. consist of 11 managers and 150 agents working together under one brand name Madinah Group. We provide consultation mainly on life insurance, investment, education plan, retirement plan, income protection and general insurance. We have been in the insurance industry with Prudential for the past 17 years and our vision is to be no. 1 agency force in sales, recruitment and services for our people and customers. Our mission is to be the place to succeed for all Malaysians in financial services and insurance. Our branch offices are located at Damansara Intan, Kajang, Taiping, Kemaman and Kuantan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Handling document submission, filing, and organization.
- Assisting in data entry, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports.
- Performing general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Collaborating with team members to support overall office efficiency.
- Undertaking other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant program or recent graduate.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM300.00 - RM800.00 per month
