**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day to day production output & quality target, lead & motivate production leaders, technicians & operators to achieve the daily target and delivery
- Work with planner to ensure the production schedules is planned according to the capacity.
- Ensure that the production lines are running according to the planned schedule.
- Conduct daily review of previous day performance
- To effectively manage the manpower flexibility, by identified training needs, to improve and upgrade the skill level of their subordinate.
- Control regular inventory count to ensure no discrepancy
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- To utilize all the resources, such as man power, material and other resources to manage and run the production with efficiently
- Supporting engineers in reduce cycle time and quality improvement project
