Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for Facilities staff.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping related to facility maintenance, repairs, and services.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents for departmental meetings.
- Manage the inventory of office supplies and facilities equipment (e.g., cleaning materials, repair tools, etc.).
- Order and restock supplies as needed, ensuring that the facility is adequately equipped at all times.
- Coordinate the storage and distribution of office equipment and furniture.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of work orders, contracts, maintenance schedules, and other department-related documents.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to the Facilities Manager or Supervisor.
- Assist in preparing budgets and tracking departmental expenses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
