Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analysing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Predicting future financial trends.
- Supervise on bank facilities such as cheque book collection, dealing with banks on performance bond and bank guarantee issuance for tender and loan agreement purposes
- Liaise and dealing with bankers or any financial institution and agents as well as all stakeholders
- Liaise and dealing with auditors for annual financial audit
- To lead the Finance Department and ensure team members perform their task according to proper financial procedure
- Monitoring of petty cash (all branches)
- Supervise and check on monthly staffs claim payment
- Supervise and check on monthly sales team - sales commission payment
- Supervise and check on all payment (via bank or cheques or cash)
- Upkeep the due payment bills (expenses, hire purchase, credit card etc.) listing and make necessary payment before due date
- Monitor fixed expenses listing (such as TM, electricity, Indah water, rental and etc.)
- To monitor tender deposit paid to consultants / clients
- To monitor and claim back the overdue project retention monies
- Other duties as assigned by the Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
