**JOB SUMMARY**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, product owners) to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
- Participate actively in team discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives, offering insights and constructive feedback.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to Configuration & Release Management, Build Management, and Design & Build Enablement activities.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to junior team members in a collaborative learning environment.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Intermediate proficiency in React.js for building scalable user interfaces.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and front-end integration.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience in Configuration & Release Management, Build Management, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
