To attend inbound and make outbound calls and remind the account holders of their credit card or loan payments.
- to liaise and negotiate account holders on their payment issues.
- To follow-up and monitor on account holder's payment.
- To attend to the documentation required in assisting collection.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM holder
- Required languages: Bahasa Melayu & English
- Good communication skill
- Able to stayback, latest up to 8.30PM especially on 3 & 4 week of a months
- Able to start work immediately
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

JOB DETAILS
- Location : Jalan Tun HS Lee ( 5 minutes walking distance from LRT Masjid Jamek)
- Working Hours : - Monday to Thursday (8.45am - 5.45pm )

: - Friday ( 8.45am - 4.45pm )

: - Saturday ( 8.45am - 1.00pm )
- Salary : RM 2000 + Commissions + OT
- Training will be provided

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
