**Job Requirements**

1. Minimum Diploma / Degree In Science / Polymer Science Technology or equivalent

2. At least 2 years of working experince in related field

3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 45001 OSHMS, & ISO 14001 EMS

4. Knowledge Of Store/Inventory Management

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure effective deployment of operators.

2. To verify incoming raw materials is correct in term on quantity, packaging, material type and expiry.

3. To arrange weighing program to weighing operators by referring to CDPPR and weighing instruction.

4. Set-up Small Chemical Batching System according to production planning sequence and Weighing Instruction.

5. To ensure rubber/ chemical are prepared as per requirement and according to weighing instruction in term of quantity, weigh, and GRN number.

6. To ensure all raw material is correctly and clearly labelling. Request GRN sticker label from R&D if is new material or is damaged.

7. To update the GRN number into KPCS.

8. To inform Production Manager/ R&D if found any rubber/ chemical is expired and take necessary containment action.

9. Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of storage area and weighing area.

10. Check the materials stock level every morning and request from store on time to ensure no disturbance to weighing activities.

11. To arrange operator to refill chemical bins and replace oil drum in time.

12. To ensure that OM on weighing and cutting equipment are duly carried out.

13. To carry out OM check for reach truck and overhead crane.

14. To ensure the weighing activities carried out is comply to environmental, safety and health rules and regulations.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
