**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop, implement, and manage the organisation's volunteer and internship programmes.
- Develop and conduct training programmes for volunteers and interns.
- Coordinate assignments and placements for volunteers and interns based on their skills and organisational needs.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and supervision to volunteers and interns.
- Foster positive relationships and engagement through regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure the well-being of volunteers and interns.
- Develop recognition/reward strategies and organise engagement activities for volunteers to acknowledge contributions.
- Represent the organisation at community events, educational institutions, and networking opportunities to promote volunteering and internship opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with external organisations and internal departments.
- Maintain regular communication with volunteers, interns, staff, and department heads from headquarters and state offices to ensure alignment with goals and expectations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records of volunteers and interns' databases, coordinating departmental requests, processing certifications, remuneration arrangements, and preparing reports related to volunteer and internship activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Human Resources, Social Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Work experience with non-profit organisation will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in oral and written communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well collaboratively and independently.
- Possesses initiative, patience, and persistence.
- Passion for the organisation's mission and values.
- Proficiency in using software tools for communication and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
