**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Production**
- Capture and edit photos and videos of nursing home events, staff, and residents (with consent).
- Produce short video stories for social media (e.g., patient testimonials, caregiver highlights).

**Graphic Design**
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, digital banners, and social media visuals.
- Ensure all visuals align with brand identity and values of care, compassion, and professionalism.

**Social Media Support**
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Assist with visual planning for campaigns and online events.

**Event Coverage**
- Document internal events such as family days, health screenings, and festivals.
- Prepare multimedia content for internal newsletters and PR purposes.

**Website & Digital Assets**
- Design or refresh multimedia elements on the website.
- Maintain a well-organized media archive (photos, videos, templates).

**Branding & Storytelling**
- Help tell the story of the nursing home through emotional, respectful, and authentic content.
- Translate concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with families and caregivers.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, or related field.
- Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and basic photography.
- Sensitivity and discretion when working around elderly individuals and personal environments.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)**:

- Experience in animation or 2D graphics
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other social-media-friendly tools
- Knowledge of BM and/or Mandarin for localized content creation

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
