**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with mall management and relevant authorities for the submission and approval of design and technical drawings.
- Oversee the entire fit-out process in collaboration with the mall’s Fit-Out team to ensure smooth execution.
- Address and resolve any site-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage the internal coordination of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with mall regulations and safety standards.
- Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders, including mall representatives, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory guidelines, safety codes, and mall-specific requirements.
- Oversee the fit-out process from planning to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high design and construction standards.
- Promote technical collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
- Take on additional tasks as required to support project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in **fit-out projects** specifically within retail or F&B industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Strong ability to coordinate with various teams, clients, and mall management.
- Proficient in both **written and spoken** English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and other relevant software.
- Computer literate with strong documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
