_**URGENT**_

**Job Responsibility**
- To handle full set of accounts including day to day operations matters.
- To perform monthly closing of accounts.
- To ensure financial statements are accurate and timely.
- To prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, cash flow projections, fixed assets register, SST submission and relevant reports for management and statutory / external reporting purposes or tax filling for submission.
- To prepare reconciliation of AP, AR, inter-company, and band transactions.
- To prepare and co-ordinate ad-hoc management reports and report analysis.
- To perform monthly collection, timely follow up with the collection and identify problem, cases for a further action.
- Liaise with Business Units, External Auditor, Internal Auditors, tax Agents, bankers where required.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Good command over financial systems and processes.
- Conscientious, analytical and strong attention to details.
- Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with peoples.
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Good command in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Possess the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-disciplined and good team player.
- Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin; Open gender; Below 50 years old

**Work arrangements**

8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,330.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
