**Responsibilities**:

- Produce radiographs of the highest quality/ standard and of good diagnostic value at a mínimal cost.
- Adhere strictly to rules and regulations on radiation protection for patients and staff.
- Maintain proper care of the equipment and its related accessories to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Ensure the safety of the patient before, during, and after the procedure by providing the necessary care and constant monitoring of the patient’s condition.
- Work to a principle known as **ALARA**, which stands for “**As Low as Reasonably Achievable**”, to reduce the risk of medical irradiation; achieved by using the correct equipment and technique for the examination, the careful positioning of the area to be imaged.
- Record any fault/ breakdown of equipment in the log book/CMMS and report immediately to the Head of Radiology.
- Involves in development and maintenance of a Quality Management Program (QMP) or Quality Assurance Program (**QAP**) for all imaging equipment to facilitate the production of images at optimum quality.
- Provide 24 hours Radiological services as what being scheduled (on call).
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Radiology.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree In Medical Imaging/Radiography
- At least 1 year experience in Radiography/Medical Imaging
