**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Graduate Architect / Technical Assistant at Loh & Loh Architects in Penang, Malaysia. The person will be responsible for architectural projects, OSC online submission, authorities liaison and compliance and ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years experience in Architectural office
- Proven experience in leading architectural projects and submisison
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Autocad (4-5 years)
- OSC 3 Plus online
- Liaise with Authority Council
- Compliance
