- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Assist in retail sales of beauty products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a beautician or cosmetologist.
- Relevant certification or license in cosmetology or aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry.
