**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process cash, credit/debit card, and other digital transactions accurately. Ensure all
- Payments are handled securely and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and daily cash balances.
- Verify the weight, quality, and pricing of gold and jewelry before processing sales.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, payment plans, and product details.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to support smooth store operations.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies in transactions or inventory.
- Follow all security protocols related to handling high-value items.
- Keep the cashier area neat, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a gold or jewelry store.
- Strong mathematical and numerical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Basic knowledge of gold purity, jewelry pricing, and weight measurements (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with high-value transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic accounting principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or finance is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
