**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for receiving and verifying all F&B deliveries against receiving documents
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard (Barista)
- Ensures that received products meet all food safety and product quality guidelines
- Assists vendors in loading/unloading vehicles, containers, trailers and vans
- Ensures that all products are stored in compliance with Food Safety and FIFO guidelines
- Maintains the cleanliness and order of receiving and storage areas including performing daily clean-up activities
- Performs inventory control and consolidates all inventory and ordering systems
- Assists in other duties as required by the Central Kitchen Team
