We are a leading specialist in high-quality architectural wet trades. We are looking for a motivated and eager Site Supervisor Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in managing active construction sites.

This is a paid internship perfect for a construction student or recent graduate who wants to learn the ropes of site supervision from the ground up. You will work directly with our experienced site managers on projects involving plastering, skimming, tiling, brickwork, and blockwork.

**What you will do**:

- Assist in coordinating daily activities for wet trade crews.
- Help ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Learn to conduct site safety inspections and maintain a safe work environment.
- Help with reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Support with tracking materials and site documentation.
- Shadow supervisors and learn how to effectively manage a project site.

**What you need**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong interest in a future career as a site supervisor or project manager.
- Excellent willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to get to various job sites.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
