Outlet Assistant Supervisor

Assist in the overall management of outlet retail operations and sales activities
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints
- Support in the monthly sales target and ensure good outlet performance
- Assist in managing the (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management
- Assist in managing the facility and safety, and security of the outlet and team
- Assist in managing stock (ordering of stocks, sufficient stock, stock take and etc.)
- Assist in depositing the daily sales accurately
- Assist in managing the merchandise display in the outlet
- Assist in cash and credit card transactions and assist customers in making payment for their purchases.
- Support in cutting / slicing / trimming the meat based on the retail standard cuts
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Johor Bahru.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Outlet Supervisor
- Honest, responsible, and the right attitude
- Medical claim included
- Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
- Willing to work on public holidays, weekends & OT
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
