Warehouse Operation

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Warehouse Operation Specialist** to manage **goods receiving, inventory control, stock transfers, and order fulfillment**. This role will ensure the **accuracy of stock records, warehouse organization, and timely stock movement** to support branch operations.

Additionally, the Warehouse Operation Specialist will assist the **Marketing and Merchandising teams** in storing and preparing promotional tools, fixtures, and event materials for roadshows. The role also includes **conducting stock checks (stock tick) and taking responsibility for any stock losses**. A strong understanding of **warehouse procedures, stock management, and logistics coordination** is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Goods Receiving & Inventory Management**
- Handle the **Goods Received Note (GRN)** and ensure all received goods are accurately recorded in the system,
- Verify incoming stock against **purchase orders and supplier invoices** to ensure accuracy,
- Label and store **all received goods** in designated warehouse locations for easy retrieval,
- Conduct **periodic stock checks and cycle counts** to maintain accurate inventory records,
- Identify and report any **damaged or missing stock** upon receiving shipments.

**2. Warehouse Organization & Stock Transfer**
- Maintain a **clean, well-organized, and structured warehouse** to ensure smooth operations,
- Oversee **stock transfers between the warehouse and company branches**, ensuring timely and accurate inventory movement,
- Ensure compliance with **safety, security, and storage regulations** to prevent damage or loss of inventory,
- Optimize **warehouse space and storage solutions** for efficient stock management.

**3. Order Fulfillment & Branch Support**
- Process and fulfill **stock requisitions** from all company branches in a timely and efficient manner,
- Coordinate with **logistics and transportation teams** to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of stock to branches,
- Monitor **stock levels and proactively replenish** inventory to meet branch demands,
- Address **stock discrepancies or shortages**, investigating root causes and coordinating solutions with relevant teams,
- Maintain records of **outbound stock movements** and ensure proper documentation.

**4. Stock Check & Loss Accountability**
- Conduct **regular stock ticks (physical stock checks)** to ensure stock accuracy,
- Identify and report **any discrepancies between system records and actual stock counts**,
- Investigate missing stock issues and take corrective actions to prevent future losses,
- **Bear responsibility for any stock loss** that occurs due to mismanagement, incorrect stock handling, or negligence,
- Ensure all **stock movement is properly documented** to maintain transparency and accountability.

**5. Support for Marketing & Merchandising Teams**
- Assist the **Marketing and Merchandising teams** in storing and managing all **promotional tools, fixtures, and materials**,
- Maintain an **inventory of marketing tools and fixtures**, ensuring they are available when needed,
- Assist in **preparing and arranging stock, tools, and necessary items** for roadshows and promotional events,
- Ensure all **roadshow materials are packed securely** and delivered to event locations on time,
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure **promotional items are well-maintained and accounted for**.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics**,
- Strong knowledge of **stock management systems and warehouse best practices**,
- Ability to handle **goods receiving, order fulfillment, and stock transfers**,
- Detail-oriented with strong **organizational and record-keeping skills**,
- Familiarity with **safety regulations and warehouse security measures**,
- Ability to **coordinate with multiple departments (logistics, marketing, and sales)**,
- Proficiency in **inventory tracking software and Microsoft Excel**,
- Ability to lift and move stock items as required,
- **Accountability for stock loss** and proactive measures to prevent discrepancies.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:

- Experience with **ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS)**,
- Knowledge of **roadshow logistics and event setup**,
- Ability to **optimize warehouse layouts for efficiency**.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
