Beautician Therapist

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Services**:

- Perform a variety of facial treatments.
- Provide skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products or treatments based on clients’ skin needs.
- Offer personalized skincare advice to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit.

**Reception Duties**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage client inquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and facial rooms.
- Process payments and issue receipts.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products, particularly those related to KinsleybyK.
- Educate clients on the benefits of KinsleybyK products designed to address acne problems.
- Promote and sell KinsleybyK products to clients, specifically those designed for acne treatment and prevention.

**Hygiene and Safety**:

- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
- Follow strict hygiene protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly sterilized.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Address client concerns or complaints.

**Inventory Management**:

- Handle inventory for facial products and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory records.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training new staff members if required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service quality.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a beautician or therapist is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, and acne treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
