**Responsibilities**
- Conduct topographic surveys, ensure accurate measurements, verify calculations, and produce reports and visual drawings efficiently.
- Track and monitor equipment calibration to maintain accuracy and reliability in compliance with asset management standards.
- Provide precise land data for site planning and design, identifying potential complications that may impact construction or project development.
- Detect risks or discrepancies in survey tasks and proactively offer solutions for accurate data acquisition.
- Coordinate with and provide support to architects, engineers, and construction teams to align survey data with project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in land surveying or a similar role.
- Proficient in surveying techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
- Strong problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection.
- Ability to multi-task with a positive and proactive attitude.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
