We are a prestigious **five-star hotel in Penang seeking a professional and courteous Van Shuttle Driver** to join our team. This role is vital to our commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable transportation experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate the hotel's shuttle service, transporting guests on short-distance routes as assigned.
- Maintain a schedule provided by the hotel management, ensuring timely and efficient shuttle services.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all passengers, adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Assist guests with their luggage and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere during their journey.
- Communicate effectively with hotel staff and guests to facilitate smooth shuttle operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a shuttle driver, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Excellent public relations skills, with an emphasis on politeness, a clean and professional appearance, and a disciplined and punctual work ethic.
- Robust health, good medical condition, and a clean criminal record.
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
**Compensation Package**:
- Basic Salary: RM 1,500 per month
- Attendance Bonus: RM 100 per month
- Accommodation: Hostel provided in close proximity to the hotel
**Salary**: RM3,600.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
