**Responsibilities**
- Assist Project Director in the overall management and operation of the project
- Report project progress to management from time to time
- Liaising and coordinating with site project team and office procurement and warehouse personnel on related matters
- Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, JKR specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and etc
- Attend site meeting and liaison with consultants and clients
- Handle and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at site
- Oversee all on-site activities ensuring that all works are organized and key building materials delivered on time
- Ensure efficient deployment of manpower on site
- Monitor and follow up work progress & schedule at project site
- To identify problems with on-site work activities and come up with suggestions to ensure the construction project does not run over budget
- Analyse and resolve issues related to project cost, delay of work and etc

**Requirement**:

- Min Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, M&E, Building Studies) /Project Management or equivalent.
- Min 4 years of Project Management experience - Development/Construction
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage;
- Good in analytical and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate & responsive in whatsapp group
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to work on the site;
- Willing to be based at Kuala Lipis, Pahang.
- Willing to travel
