**Responsibilities**
- Assist Project Manager to collaborate with consultants & resolve technical and site issues.
- Manage site progress and site works to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Ensure resources such as financial, manpower, materials, and machineries are managed productively and efficiently within the budget.
- Ensure weekly progress meetings are conducted and issues resolved timely.
- Monitor and coordinate with site personnel, sub-contractors and relevant authorities on various construction activities to ensure project to be completed on time.
- Uphold quality control procedures on site.
- Supervise day-to-day control of site materials to minimise wastage.
- Ensure logistics on site is well organise to ensure proper and efficient deployment of machineries, as well as arrange any additional requirements or maintenance schedules.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field with hands-on-site experience is required for this position.
- Good organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate the site team.
- Able to write and speak reasonably good English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Possess positive, diligent attitude and willing to work overtime.
- Able to work in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
