**Responsibilities**:
- 1) Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards to ensure able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections.
- 2) Ensure proper organization, planning and control of supplies and maintain concise record of all beverage stock in order to ensure that the required is available.
- 3) Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serving Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.
- 4) Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
- 5) Follow up maintenance job.
- 6) Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the supervisor/manager.**Benefits**:
