**Job Descriptions**:
1. Responsible to assist GM with the factory development matters and daily operational purchasing needs.
2. Responsible to source, negotiate, purchase materials, including but not limited to Injection Moulding, Hardware Stamping, PCB and packaging materials, and manage approved supplier list.
3. In-charge of purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, following up on purchase order delivery schedule and defective goods return.
4. Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies for machineries, production accessories and office supplies.
5. Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time as deemed necessary.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in computer science/electrical and electronic engineering/economics and trade or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience and possess sourcing and procurement execution in the electronics industry.
3. Effective communication (both oral and written) in Mandarin and English.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP environment.
5. High level of integrity & meticulousness, work proactively, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
