Warden Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the overall dormitory’s management and attend to the needs and welfare of foreign workers by which includes engaging and gathering with them to foster high levels of workers motivations.
- In charge of dormitory’s administration work, housekeeping, safety and health, security and enforcement of rules and regulation.
- Attend issues pertaining to foreign workers staying in the dormitory e.g. medical, transportation, hostel cleanliness and etc and to liaise with HR personnel on the required arrangement.
- Conduct the regular communication with foreign employees based on the information/ message conveyed from HR/ Safety personnel from time to time.
- Maintaining dormitory occupant’s records and providing information to relevant functions for HR matters.
- Performing regular spot-check and monitoring on the kitchen and dormitory facilities condition from time to time and reporting to the respective relevant department for any issues or problems found.
- Developing and implementing residential community activities and program (e.g. entertainment, sports, trip) to continuously foster community harmony and sense of belonging.
- Promote dormitory cleanliness by organizing “Aktiviti Gotong Royong” frequently.
- Keeps strict discipline among the residents of the dormitory and reporting for any violence/ offense as per the dormitory rules and regulations.
- Liaising with relevant Maintenance Department for any dormitory’s maintenance/ repairing works whenever necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Highly proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ex-army or retired army are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
