**Job Responsibilities: -**

**A) Production Management**
1. Manage operation department (Production & Logistic)
2. Planning, scheduling, and supervising manufacturing activities while maintaining efficiency.
3. Ensuring production targets are met within deadlines while minimizing waste and downtime.
4. Coordinating with different departments (e.g., Supporting departments & NBD/R&D department).
5. Monitor workflow & adjust operations to accommodate changes in demand or process requirements.

**B) Process Improvement**
1. Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
2. Using Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies to optimize workflows.
3. Stay update with industry trends and technologies to enhance processes & increase productivity.

**C) Food Safety & Quality Assurance**
1. Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, Halal, or other local regulatory guidelines.
2. Oversee quality control processes to maintain consistent product quality.
3. Collaborating with quality control and quality management teams to address quality issue.

**D) Resource Management**
1. Managing the allocation of labor, machinery and raw materials efficiency.
2. Lead, train and motivate staff to ensure high performance.
3. Overseeing maintenance equipment to minimize downtime.
4. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements in operations.

**E) Budgeting & Cost Control**
1. Monitoring expenses, analyze variances, and implementing cost-saving measures to reduce waste.

**F) Reporting & Performance Analysis**
1. Tracking operational performance metrics (e.g., production efficiency, OEE, waste levels & delivery performance).
2. Preparing reports for senior management.
3. Use data and reports to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement about operations.
4. Communicate operational update and challenges to senior management.

**G) Team Leadership**
1. Supervising and mentoring production supervisors and workers.
2. Resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
3. Conducting performance evaluations and recommending promotions or training.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Experience 5 years or more in food manufacturing or production operations.
- Mental and physical healthy.
- Knowledgeable of food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in production planning, software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Able to do hands-on approach and can work during weekends and public holiday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
