We are looking to recruit Program Coordinator with technical knowledge cum Coach (Part-Time) who will be the point of contacts for Robotics and Coding programs,

troubleshooting, provide coaching and coordinate between teams to ensure smooth operations.

**The role**:

- This position reports to the Operation Manager and will also be supporting the key areas which will include, but not to be limited to, the following:

- Provide excellent technical support and represent the company in a professional, service-oriented manner.
- Facilitate effective communication with staff, vendors, and stakeholders regarding
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement support processes and operational improvements.
- Manage daily technical support tasks, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Coach team members and students in Robotics and Coding Programs.
- Organize and conduct short training sessions or coaching workshops.
- Monitor and track support tickets/issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and FAQs.
- Perform other administrative or technical support tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or management.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with strong technical and interpersonal skills, along with the following:

- **Key Skills and Attributes**
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware & software.
- Basic IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enjoys coaching and guiding others in technical matters.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Own transport & valid driving license
- Required to travel around Klang Valley
- For Malaysian Only
- **Knowledge and Experience**
- Language skills: English Fair
- Min SPM, Diploma or Fresh Graduate with good behaviour and passion for learning are encourage to apply.
- Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or coaching/training is an added advantage.

**Working Days/ Time**

Mon - Friday : 8am - 5pm

Lunch Break: 1 Hour
