Legal Associate

Draft, review, and advise on contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
- Provide legal guidance on business operations, addressing legal concerns and resolving disputes.
- Serve as the main point of contact with external legal counsel on all business-related legal matters and disputes.
- Identify potential legal risks and proactively promote preventive measures to reduce liabilities.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure the company meets all legal requirements.
- Support the legal team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience; in-house experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; skilled in legal analysis and statutory interpretation.
- Highly accountable, professional, and mature with strong integrity.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
