**Project Management**
- Responsible for overseeing and executing various projects related to operational and technological improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure the successful implementation of projects that enhance operational efficiency, optimize technology systems, and drive innovation within the insurance organization.

**Business Analyst - Project Management Operations (Supporting Hong Kong)**

**We will count on you to**:

- Provide day to day operation support to our internal stakeholders, including: Operations and Technology, Finance, Sales and Distributions, LCPA etc.
- Interface with both business terms and functional teams to execute both BAU and change initiatives, including working with Marsh IT team on driving technology implementation and adoption.
- Perform data maintenance to ensure data properly setup in Marsh systems and conduct periodic review to improve data quality.
- Partner with the KL Shared Service Center to implement potential scope expansion in the center.
- Work with Marsh IT team to facilitate technology upgrade or digital innovation opportunities.
- Liaise with business in requirement gathering and change management.
- Co-ordinate cross-functional (e.g. Finance, LCPA, Sales and Distributions) input and resolution of issues related to projects or initiatives.
- Provide user training to different stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of new technologies.

**What you need to have**:

- A Degree holder in **any field**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in **project management, preferable in financial industry.**
- ** Experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is highly preferred**
- Ability to **understand, speak Cantonese and read write Chinese is highly preferred**.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
