Responsible for investigating customer complaints, reviewing goods return and deciding on product disposition.
- To ensure that the raw materials received final products released are within specification.
- Support in analyzing and troubleshooting of non-conformances (CARs / customer complaint) and coordinating Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan.
- Administer (on-job) training and training need analysis.
- Ensure non-conforming raw/primary packaging materials and/or finished products are handled in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate all corrective action & preventive measures with Production ensure effectiveness.
- To make and maintain daily quality report.
- To collaborate with production team ensuring the workflow comply with SOP and regulation.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum diploma or degree in relevant courses.
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in quality control, product and process.
- Good problem solving and communication skill.
- Good documentation and able working with others.
- Ability to work as a team and independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
