Assist the chef in the overall management of the kitchen for the daily smooth operations.
- Assist to oversee the compliance of kitchen safe & hygienic food handling SOP, rules & regulations.
- Assist to develop meals and food quality training.
- Assist to ensure effective inventory control & grocery ordering.
- Assist in check the quality of raw & cooked food products to ensure that standard is met.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Able to work on PH, split shift and overtime.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
