**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support the administration team in organizing school events and activities.
- Help maintain accurate student records and databases.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of school communications and reports.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation of school activities.
- Support in managing the school's calendar and scheduling appointments.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow up for customer enquiries and appointment

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Public Administration).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning new software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
