Maintenance Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Install necessary appliances and equipment, as needed.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify the problems and fix them.
- Complete regular maintenance tasks, amongst others, such as replacing light bulbs and air conditioning services.
- Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
- Service and maintains the company’s facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
- Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy.
- Understand and operate/fix advanced electrical or plumbing-related issues.
- Attend daily general briefing with all the departments
- Daily checks for 2 units of water pumps, lobby waterfall, main pool waterfall, bamboo lights, rooms and filter pumps
- To check incoming power supply (msb/amp)
- Ensure to always maintain the store cleanliness

**Job Requirements**:

- Applicant must possess at least a Secondary/SPM level of education or equivalent.
- A professional certificate in electrical/plumbing, a Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in the related field is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate within different departments.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia and ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work shifts (split shift), weekends and on Public Holidays.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
