**Job Description: Admin Marketer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the grassroots football academy.
- Observe and help coaches to setup the weekend academy activities on field (training/ tournament) ~ smooth activities & cleanness venue
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events to attract new players and sponsors.
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to create marketing materials and campaigns.
- Maintain and update the academy's website with relevant content and information.
- Handle inquiries and communications from potential players, parents, and sponsors.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the sports or education sector.
- VIDEO AND PICTURES EDITING
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, photo shoot & video shoot (editing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with grassroots football and passion for sports promotion.
- Proficient in using office software and web content management systems

- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for academy activities, including weekend operations. SMAP system.
- Registration: Handle participant registrations and maintain updated records. SMAP system.
- Fee Collection: Manage the collection of fees from participants. SMAP system.
- Social Media Management: Regularly update and maintain the football academy's social media accounts to share events, achievements, and news.
- Attendance Tracking: Utilize the SMAP system to record and monitor participant attendance during academy activities.
- Weekend Operations: Work during weekends to ensure the smooth functioning of physical academy operations.
- Event Organization: Organize and facilitate events related to the football academy.
- General Support: Provide overall administrative support for day-to-day operations.
